Horosoftâ„¢, an astrology software based on Indian astrology, is a flawless software that has received a worldwide reputation, especially its “web version” providing. As already noted in the preface, the quartet [12] carried out their research and work within the framework of the Global Research Team organized by the St. Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Sociology, Professor V. Depending on the location and latitude of the planet, the value of the Chiromic Index varies. In Russia, for example, when the planet Chironoma (YH3) rotates over the northern part of the Pacific Ocean in the sign of Capricorn (Xi5), it passes from “high†to “medium†(if we recall Chironoma in Capricorn – YR3). Chironomy in the signs of Taurus and Leo also passes from the highest to the middle (from Capricorn to Teleactive) state.
On this basis, astrologers divide the sphere of influence of the sign of the Zodiac containing Chiron into “leaders” in which Chiron is located, and “draft” (information-energy or administrative) planets located in sign, sub-volitional points.
Stars such as Chiron, α Cephei, HD19698, ε Libra, λ Draco, δ Cygnus, κ Ursa Major, etc. are obtained.
